The Southern Sector Derby game saw Akatsi Kickers beat Trinity Syars from Sokpoe by a lone goal.
Both sides wasted glorious opportunities in the first half.Luck however found Kickers Fc who scored the only goal in the game to take the maximum 3 points.
Elsewhere, Volta Rangers came face to face with Sharp Sc in a battle between Central and Northern supremacy.
This game had all the breathtaking moments with good display of beautiful football from both sides.
The first half ended in goalless with Volta Rangers Fc having been more of a threat than Sharp SC.
In the second half, both sides made some tactical substitutions which paid off for Volta Rangers who scored two quick goals to seal a comfortable win in the group.
Volta Rangers Fc are the first team to score 2 goals in the middle league.
