Capacity Building For Clubs In Volta FA Ends Successfully

Volta Regional Football Association on 17th December, 2020 took its turn of the Ghana Football Association’s capacity building programme for clubs.

The one-day training seminar was aimed at developing and improving capacity of club administrators on various subjects across the spheres of the beautiful game.

The development program drew about Hundreds of members in attendance from all Division Two & Three clubs, Women’s Division One League clubs, Beach Soccer Clubs, Regional Juvenile clubs and District FA representatives.

The event which began at 10am at the Ho Technical University JCR Hall saw facilitators lecturing on major topics in the football industry.

Topics treated include:-

1. Marketing & Club branding – which was taught by Neil Armstrong (Marketing Expert)
2. Social Media and New Media – taught by Michael Oti-Adjei (GM Digital, Media General Group)
3. Club Administration taught by Kwebena Adjekum (Synergy3Solutions)
4. Information Technology in Club Management was taught by Francis Adu (IT Director of the GFA)
5. Governance was taught by Prosper Harrison Addo, Esq. (General Secretary of the GFA)

The program was under the tutelage of the Volta Regional Football Association.
