Home Stars sealed qualification to the 2023/24 Division One League after beating Inter Allies 4-2 on penalties at the Ho Sports Stadium on Sunday.
Inter Allies opened the scoring after Robert Osei Bonsu headed home in the 28th minute.
Their lead was, however, short-lived after Home Stars equalized through a penalty converted by Stephen Addor in the 39th minute.
Both teams played their hearts out in the second half but failed to score ending the game at level pegging.
Home Stars FC sealed qualification for the Division One League by winning 4:2 in a penalty shootout.
