The Volta Regional Footballs Association has requested Nadm SC Team Manager Rasccoson Prah to appear before a Special Committee constituted by the Executive Council for making wild allegation of corruption against the RFA.
The invitation is to assist the RFA confirm and establish the basis upon which he Raccoson Prah made such a defaming claims of corrupt practices at the RFA regarding qualification of clubs from the Volta Region into National Division One.
The club administrator made this allegation on the official Whatsapp platform of the VOLTA SPORTS COMMITEES AND UNITS of the National Sports Authority, Volta on the 30th January 2021.
The meeting is scheduled for Friday 5th February 2021 and Mr Raccoson is required to meet the Committee with relevant evidences to help do due diligence to the matter.
The Executive Council of the Volta RFA is committed to address any issue that may bring the image of the FA into disrepute which may consequentially scare or discourage potential sponsors and investors from the game.
Council of the FA is relentlessly working to revive football in the Region to the desired expectations of all stakeholders and will not want to indulge in practices that will not help the course.
