The newly-constituted Juvenile Committee of the Volta regional Football Association (VRFA) held its maiden meeting on Thursday, November 13, 2020.
The Committee which was constituted earlier in the year had to postpone its engagements due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and its ensuing safety restrictions imposed by the government.
In attendance were the Chairman of the committee Foster Kudiabor and Vice Chairman Richard Dogbey.
The Committee took the opportunity to familiarize with each other and also importantly touched on areas to improve the in juvenile football in the region.

The new strategy will seek to address all issues relating to age cheating in juvenile football and to get the teams ready for the regional activities.
RFA Chairman, Mr. Daniel Agbogah took the opportunity to assure the Committee of the Executive Councilβs commitment to ensuring the implementation of recommended models to oversee a smooth development of juvenile football.
He further entreated the committee to work assiduously to bright back the love for juvenile football.
βI hope that your deliberations will go a long way to bring the desired expectations to juvenile football development in the region, not just a meeting to familiarize with each otherβ.
βI however believe in your expertise and trust collectively you can deliver and deliver effectivelyβ he concluded.
The committee also drew proposals for the regional Juvenile activities.
