Player of Nkwanta United FC, ISSAKA SADDAFIH ATEKU has been charged by the Disciplinary Committee of the Regional Football Association for misconduct during the ongoing Division Two League.
He is reported to have punched a referee, thrown a sachet of water against the match commissioner during the match between YADZO OTI WARRIORS FC and NKWANTA DESERT WARRIORS FC.
The Disciplinary Committee in its charge sheet has given the Team Manager the opportunity to respond to, by 30th July 2021 before a decision is taken.
The VRFA is committed to ensuring that violence and hooliganism in football has no room in the Volta Region.
