Nkwanta South and Ketu South have qualified for the final of the Volta Regional Football Association 2026 U-17 Inter-District Championship after impressive semi-final wins this morning at the Youth Resource Center.
In the first semi-final, Nkwanta South edged Adaklu District 2-1 in a tightly contested match to book their place in the final.
Adaklu, District put up a strong fight but could not overturn Nkwanta South’s lead.
The second semi-final saw Ketu South continue their perfect run in the tournament with a commanding 2-0 victory over Ho Municipal.
Ketu South, who won all 3 group games, once again showed their quality to advance to the championship decider.
The two winners will now meet in the final at 3:00pm at the Youth Resource Center, to determine the champions of the 2026 VRFA U-17 Inter-District Championship.
Both Nkwanta South and Ketu South have been standout teams throughout the competition and will be looking to cap their campaigns with the ultimate prize.
