The Volta Regional Football Association, VRFA, is mourning the death of Agbozume United Chairman, Mr Mathew Dowoli Kadu.
Mr. Kadu, 47, died on 3 July 2026. He was popularly known as “Casco”.
Mr. Kadu was a committed football administrator who contributed immensely to grassroots football development in the Volta Region.
He served as Chairman of Agbozume United Football Club.
His funeral and burial rites will be held on Saturday, 22 August 2026, at Ashitsife Tomekope in Agbozume.
The Regional FA and the Volta football community will attend to pay their last respects.
