The development of football in the Volta region has seen a level of rise over the past years. Club owners and administrators have shown great passion in the football industry despite the hurdles and difficulties that comes with association football.
In an attempt to take football higher, the Volta Regional Football Association at the Ho Municipal Assembly Hall engaged all football stakeholders to brainstorm on the development of the game in the region.
A sustainable football development in the Volta region and the ability for clubs to be kept abreast with the modern trends of football management saw respective club representatives paired in groups to share ideas on key areas on how football can be developed.
Some of the areas includes Sponsorship and Partnership, Administration and Governance, Grassroot Football, Football Infrastructure amongst others.
Each group paired took turns to deliver thought provoking presentations that inspired the attendees to align themselves with the new way of football development.
Mr. Agbogah expressed joy for the turnout as he urged club owners and administrators to do well to apply the various ideas brainstormed to help their clubs grow so as to inure to the benefit of the community they come from.
