It hasn’t been a good story for the Anlo team in their maiden middle league. As much as it is a pride and a moment of greatness in just a season, Keta FC will need to at least pick a win to crown their campaign on a good note in the ongoing middle league.
A painful 2-0 loss to WAFA in the first game wasn’t a trouble to them but there was certainly a gnashing of teeth when they lost 2-1 to Selion FC in their second. Going into the last game against a side who do not know what defeat is, will be indeed an uphill task. It will probably mean that Keta FC might get at least 3 points in this game if they defeat Sons of Thunder who are with enough experience. Keta FC must be sweet on the pitch like Keta School boys to be able to triumph over the northern sector lads.
Sons of Thunder
Their draw in the last game against WAFA is enough motivation for these lads to go all out against Keta FC. They have enjoyed a good campaign throughout the season while they still remain unbeaten. With so much experience in their favor, Sons of Thunder may as well hope for a thunderstorm to strike in order to win today since Keta FC will not allow a third defeat.
Sons of Thunder’s chances are high to make it to the final should they win today which will put them on 5 points and hope the 3 pm fixture goes their way.
