In a thrilling Group A final, Inter Allies and Kpetoe Diamond FC played to a captivating 1-1 draw at the Ho Sports Stadium on Friday afternoon.
Despite the rain-delayed match being rescheduled from Wednesday to Friday, the intensity remained unabated.
Koetoe Diamond FC drew first blood in the 39th minute through Joseph Tei’s strike, sending the crowd into a frenzy. With the stakes high, Diamond FC had to wait anxiously for the second half to resume, knowing that a win would secure their spot in the grand finale.
Inter Allies FC, however, had other plans. They equalized in the 58th minute, setting the stage for a nerve-wracking finish. Despite end-to-end action and numerous chances, neither team could find the winner, leaving the scores locked at 1-1 at full-time.
