The Volta Football Association (VRFA) has honored its key stakeholders for their contribution and support towards the development of football in the region.
It was a sight to behold as the beneficiaries of the honors were invited to the pitch to be acknowledged during the first half of the Middle League final between Inter Allies FC vs WAFA SC at the Ho Sports Stadium.
The honorees include Mr. Justus Joe Ayivor, the Patron of the VRFA, Hon. Kobina Mensah Woyome, Member of Parliament for South Tongu, Rev. Dr. Bright Adonai, CEO of Adonai Estate Limited, and the former Regional Football Association Chairman, Mr. Francis Dogbatse.
They received a special plaque with an inscription that reads “This is to honour you for your support and unwavering contributions to the development of football in the Volta/Oti Regions. We’re Grateful”
Mr. Daniel Agbogah was assisted by the General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association Mr. Prosper Harrison Addo Esq. in honoring the stakeholders whose tremendous support to the region has yielded a positive result.
